1. Protect Flooring and Furniture - Click each step to view the process.
* Cover flooring with plastic, paper & tape.
* Move furniture to middle of room and cover.
2. Walls
* Remove Switchplates and plug covers.
* Fill Nail holes.
* Repair drywall cracks where specified.
* Prime water stains with stain-blocking primer.
* Apply paint with either spray, brush, roll, or a combination of the three.
3. Doors, Cabinets, & Trim
* Remove doorknobs, & handles.
* Hand Sand to score the surface.
* Clean with lacquer thinner or liquid sander.
* Seal Cracks & Joints.
* Apply paint with either spray, brush, roll, or a combination of the three.
4. Cleanup
* All trash is removed from job site.
* Furniture is returned to its place.
5. Walkthrough & Inspection
* We always do a final walkthrough with the property owner where the Contractor and Customer walk through each area to ensure job completion and quality.
6. Payment
* Once the final walkthrough is complete, we collect final payment.
